Day 46: Maria our Ecuadorian Host

Had our bi-weekly Ecuador Travel meeting tonight. Maria, a friend of one of the traveler's, came over to speak to us about Ecuador. Was great to have her there and hear her talk about her country... just made me even more excited to go. She also made some traditional Ecuadorian food (Ceviche) which was fantastic. Can't wait to get in country and enjoy the culture and the food... perhaps the most exciting part of the trip for me!
